Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20121210-E08F1-2147461173. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Sears Sears Kenmore Elite Washer Model #11031633611. Source model text: 790.98022802. Incident: The first time it happened was when I was baking a casserole. I pulled out the rack to see if it was done. As I pulled out the rack it collapsed on one side tiping the casserole so that it spilled into the oven and onto the oven door. No one was burned but it is dangerous. It has done this numerous times. It is also getting worse. We don't pull out the racks anymore. The range is about 3 years old and no longer under warranty. You can see that the oven liner is warped. If you hold a straight edge on the left side you can see that it is bowed out.
