Source model text: H650715L/oil-filled electric heater. Incident: (06/10/2013) The consumer stated that he was going downstairs to the basement. He slipped on the wood floor and fell on his right side. The consumer stated that he got up to see what had happened. He stated that he saw that oil had leaked from the heater onto the floor.
