SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20131001-4B27A-2147451320. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Char-Broil 12601558. Incident: I successfully replaced the electronic ignition on my Char-Broil TRU Infrared Patio Bistro Infrared Gas Grill per the recall instructions. After multiple uses I was shocked when touching the ignition. Several uses later it stopped working. The company is sending a replacement for the replacement but I am hesitant to use the product.
