SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20131211-CA3C9-2147449133. Matched catalog product: Char-Broil Char-Broil X200 Gas Grill. Source model text: Product: Char-Broil Classic C-59G4-463252113. Incident: We bought a gas grill, Model Char-Broil Classic C-59G4-463252113, in June 2013. We used it three times. On Dec. 5, 2013, we tried to use the barbecue (the fourth time.) While cooking, the grill melted the middle knob, a wire inside the grill caught on fire and melted, and flames darted out from the front of the grill through an opening in the front.
