I called American Crafsman on 09/30/13 and spoke to the first person and was told that it was not a model defect and that this matter is not an issue and cannot be solved. I requested to speak to a Manager and the call was transferred to [REDACTED] a "Supervisor" and I told her of the situation and she said that this was not a manufacturer defect and that the windows are made this way. I said that I cut myself while opening the window and that I also have small childre
