Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20140619-25516-2147443555. Matched catalog product: Kenmore Kenmore Elite Dual Fuel Model 790.xxxx. Source model text: Elite. Incident: I have a Kenmore Elite double oven/range. The oven wall on the bottom oven has been known to expand so that the racks no longer fit, and fall during cooking. The defect effects the oven primarily where the middle racks slide in, and in my own case, only the lowest rung will hold a rack, and only about 50% of the time. Due to the low nature of this, I have nearly fallen into my oven 3 times, and have burned my hand once. When attempting to roast a turkey in the oven, the rack fell out several times, causing a grease fire hazard.
