Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20140625-F1086-2147443374. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: LG WT5101HV. Source model text: LG top load washer model # WT5101HV. Incident: I bought an LG washer and it continued to go out of balance. I found out there was a recall on the washer the repairman came out and changed a circuit control board out and left. The machine now works worst than before. I think LG sold you on the idea that they could do this 10 minute cheap fix and everything would be fine but it is not. the machine is still dangerous and inoperable.
