Incident: I unplgged this 2 month old rechargeable flashlight, used it for two minutes and then plugged it back into the AC outlet. The device started making popping sounds and sparks inside the body of the flashlight which I could see as orange light through the body of the handle. When I unplugged the flashlight the problem ceased. I assumed it was a dangerous fire hazard.
