Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20140804-39409-2147442311. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Samsung RF4287HARS. Incident: I used the ice dispenser for a glass of lemonade. As I was drinking I noticed something hard in my mouth that shouldn't be in lemonade. It was a small piece of plastic. I inspected the ice dispenser on the refrigerator and found the plastic had broken off of the chute on one side. The plastic on the other side is in tact but you can see it is cracked and ready to fall off.
