Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20141102-D768C-2147439280. Matched catalog product: Kidde Smoke Alarm model P4010DCS-W and p4010DCSCO-W. Source model text: Kidde i9070. Incident: I have 2 Kiddie smoke alarms, model i9070. One is hard wired into the house, the other is battery only. I filled my house with smoke from a cooking incident -- to the point where it was uncomfortable to breath and difficult to see across the house -- and neither of the smoke alarms ever went off.
