Matched catalog product: Hamilton Beach Griddle Model# 38518R, Power Adapter Model# ZL203. Source model text: MODEL:33461. Incident: HAMILTON BEACH Black/Silver Single Clip Slow Cooker - 6 Qt. My first experience with this item resulted in a steam burn to my right hand. I needed to add some items to the stew beef that I had placed in the cooker earlier. I unlatched the handle, waited as the steam escaped. Thinking that I had allowed enough time for the steam to escaped, I opened the lid all the way. This resulted in more steam which burned my right hand.
