Product: Electrolux/Frigidaire FES365ESA (white slide-in glass-top electric range). Incident: The outer glass panel on my oven door shattered for no apparent reason. I was cut on the face and hands. What remains of the oven still presents a danger to me and my kids. The remedy I seek is a replacement door, installed by a professional. The oven was not used in any unusual manner; nor was it abused in any fashion. Please review the events below and the attached photos. One piece dislodged and fell between my glasses and cheek as I was trying to read the serial and model #s on the inside frame of the oven. (See photos) I called customer service about 20 min. later. The first rep advised there was nothing Electrolux/Frigidaire could do because the oven is no longer under warranty. I requested to escalate call to a supervisor. Was transferred to [REDACTED]. After review, she advised Electrolux could offer a 30 % discount on replacement parts and also started a liability claim regarding my cuts caused by the broken glass. I advised her that due to the severity of this incident that I expected Electrolux to replace the door free of charge. Loss of function after the warranty period is expected, exploding glass doors are not. I requested further escalation, [REDACTED] advised that there was no higher level. She gave me the mailing addr
