Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20150127-164B6-2147436016. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Kenmore Kenmore model no. 790.80323310. Source model text: kenmore elite. Incident: I have a 3 year old kenmore elite range, model #790.97503000, while roasting a dinner i heard a load bang and found that the oven racks had fallen spilling the entire contents on the bottom of the oven. The racks no longer stay in place, rendering the oven useless. After researching the oven I found that there are many complaints on line( some involving personell injury and or fire) yet Sears and Kemore refuse to acknowledge that a problem exists.
