Source model text: RH Q071409523. Incident: Rheem Platinum Performance electric water heater was installed on May 4, 2014. On April 17, 2015 I walked into my garage to find it full of smoke from an electrical fire. The control panel was burned through and the element wiring was burnt, along with the internal components of the top heating element.
