Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20150507-3EE2D-2147433144. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Cub Cadet Lawn Tractor Cub Cadet Hydrostatic Lawn Tractor LTX 1045. Source model text: Cub Cadet SLTX 1054. Incident: I bought a Cub Cadet SLTX 1054 lawn tractor from Home Depot in May of 2010, all was well until last year, after my son stopped cutting grass because it was getting dark he parked the tractor in our barn and the next morning when he went out to finish cutting there was a pool of oil and gas under the tractor. We called a repair shop and they picked up the tractor and had to replace the carburetor because something had broken inside allowing fuel to leak into the engine crankcase. Now one year later we are having the same issue, fuel leaking into a hot engine crankcase seems like a serious safety issue to me on a product that is not very old?
