SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20150625-29D6B-2147430797. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Vizio E420i-B0. Incident: We own the Vizio 42 " tv Model E420i-B0. My husband caught the tv as it began falling off the stand. The prongs in the stand were all broken (plastic pieces snapped). The tv is not broken, but we have reported it to Vizio. He noticed it was lilting/leaning a little bit before, and went to inspect it when the tv began to fall down.
