Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20150815-9F2B3-2147429315. Severity: Injury, Seen by Medical Professional. Matched catalog product: Uppababy 2017 Uppababy Cruz. Model Number 0417-CRZ-US. Incident: We have the Uppababy Vista Stroller 2015 with the Rumble Seat attachment and use for my 7 month old and 2 year old (weights 18 and 22 pounds respectively). We were in a picnic and my 2 year old daughter was sitting in the rumble seat and leaned forward slightly and the whole attachment of the stroller where she was sitting fell. She hit her head on a wood fence and has a sizable hematoma. She could not put her hands to stop her since she was strapped in and had the bar attachment on.
