SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20150818-E910D-2147429236. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Kidde FA110G. Source model text: FA110. Incident: During annual fire extinguisher training we are required to put out a controlled fire. I pulled pin and gave a short burst of extinguisher, I then proceeded to approach base of fire and attempted to discharge the remainder of bottle but nothing happened. Squeezing the handle did nothing, it appears the valve is stuck. I had fire fighter personal try also and nothing.
