Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20151013-DF3A9-2147427572. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Kenmore 790.92183011. Incident: My glass oven door exploded. I went online and discovered that this is an ongoing issue with tempered glass. We had to use the oven and hour prior to the explosion. however, there were people online to whom this had happened and they have not use their oven for over 24 hours. This is an issue during the manufacturing process where there is a defect in the tempered glass. And this can happen at any time under normal circumstances. I would like to know what can be done to have my oven glass door replaced/fixed for no cost to me.
