SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20151016-231CD-1524426. Matched catalog product: Frigidaire FEC30S6ABF. Incident: 09/15/2015 (Approximate) - The consumer indicates that the front and right burner overheats and will not shut off. When said burner is turned on anywhere between Low and Medium, it will go to Hot and burn whatever is being cooked. The consumer tries to put the heat down but it never does. She then tries repeatedly to turn off the burner and it only does so at approximately the tenth try.
