Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20151107-068D4-2147426916. Severity: Injury, First Aid Received by Non-Medical Professional. Matched catalog product: Sears Sears Kenmore Elite Washer Model #11031633611. Source model text: 790.48023801. Incident: i have a Kenmore Elite oven. The racks routinely fall and we routinely get burned and lose food. Fortunately, to date, no one has been seriously burned, however, i am very concerned that if the rack falls when the door is open and there is hot liquid contents, someone could be severely burned. I went to mySears forum today to find dozens of these complaints, which is where I learned that my situation is not an isolated incident, but common with this oven model. Sears apparently has done nothing but offer lip service.
