SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20151218-19D1D-2147425708. Severity: Injury, No First Aid or Medical Attention Received. Matched catalog product: Kenmore 790.80323310. Incident: Purchased a Kenmore Gas Range and Over the Range Microwave. Have had it for a year. The microwave was working fine. Put in popcorn to microwave and the inside of the unit where the rack sits caught on fire. Burned my microwave, and cabinets. The microwave was manufactured January of 2014. Model number 790.80323310. Called Sears Customer Assistance Number listed on microwave at 1-800-469-4663 and they have not been any help. And only a few days until Christmas.
