SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20151218-CEA1C-2147425710. Severity: Injury, No First Aid or Medical Attention Received. Matched catalog product: Cub Cadet 2009 RTZ zero turn mower. yellow and black. Source model text: RZT42 42 IN ZERO TURN. Incident: I was mowing the lawn when I noticed my fuel was getting low. I pulled the mower to street in front of the house and turned it off. I went to get the fuel can and when I turned around the mower was in flames and completely engulfed. The flames were so high and the fire was so large, I had to call the fire department.
