Incident: My Kenmore gas dryer is burning clothes. The issue seems to be identical to what is described in recall # 12251. However, my dryer model number does not fall into the range in that recall. My Kenmore dryer model # is 796.91272210 I have contacted Kenmore and they refuse to even entertain the idea that there is a problem with this dryer. I have verified that my dryer vent is free of obstructions.
