Source model text: S3755. Incident: I am an attorney in the law offices of [REDACTED] which is staff counsel to the [REDACTED] of casualty insurers. [REDACTED] Company, a [REDACTED] affiliate, issued a Homeowners Policy to [REDACTED] whose hose sustained property damage as a result of a fire. At the time of the fire her son, [REDACTED], was using a Hoover Windtunnel Bagless Canister Cleaner, Model number S3755, S/N 050700068699. He felt the wand handle get very hot an turn around to see the canister on fire. This Model Vacuum cleaner had been the subject of a prior CPSC recall no. 11124
