Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20160510-630BC-2147419623. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Samsung FTQ353IWUX. Source model text: FTQ353IWUX/XAA. Incident: I had 3 sleeping babies, 2 men working on our basement, and I was baking with my other child. I Turned my oven on to preheat it. Something "popped" and started on fire from the electrical pane on the back of the range. Samsung has given me the run around for over a week, saying someone will come fix it but without anyone every reaching out or showing up. Many other owners of this oven have the same complaint, I would like to work towards a recall of these ovens, due to the life threatening defect!!
