SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20160531-A1FFD-2147418166. Severity: Injury, No First Aid or Medical Attention Received. Matched catalog product: Char Broil Char Broil Patio Bistro Gas (LP) Grill, Model 126015 Series. Incident: Char Broil patio bistro grill - used 5 times. This product does not ignite right away and the build up of gas/propane causes and explosion. It seared my eyelashes to half the length, my eyebrows and the hair around my face was seared off. If my hair (which is long) had not been pulled back it would have been a lot worse. The grill grate popped up and there was a large fireball when it did ignite.
