Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20160701-65C0F-2147417333. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Graco DuetSoothe Swing and Rocker - Model 1893776. Source model text: Harbor Lights. Incident: I own the Graco Harbor Lights crib. On 6/30/16, the back of my 11 month old child's head became wedged in the corner of the crib, between the wooden slats (the side and back slats). I believe this is a serious design flaw with the crib that could result is serious injury. My child was positioned on her back and her head was pinned in a way that forced her chin to her chest, which I know is a dangerous position that can cause babies to suffocate. The pressure of being "stuck" also created large indentations on the sides of her head and took hours to normalize. Please call me anytime at [REDACTED] if you would like to discuss this incident.
