Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20160823-FB6F9-2147414808. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Samsung Samsung Galaxy S10FE 5G tablet and tablet cover. Incident: I have two Samsung charging cords that have become frayed at the connection to the phone. It isn't obvious just by glancing at the cord that there's a problem. I discovered both when they overheated and one shocked me when I touched the exposed wires.
