SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20160920-02416-1595359. Matched catalog product: Kenmore 796.29002000. Incident: (09/19/2016) The consumer stated that had put a load of clothes in she washer. About three hours later, the consumer she walked out in the garage (where the product is located) and saw that the washer was turned around backwards. The top of the washer was on the ground. Metal and plastic parts and pieces were strewn all over the garage. Also, the drum of the washer had broken loose on two corners of the interior of the washer.
