Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20161028-81BAF-2147411597. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Samsung destroyed in fire. Most likely WA45H7000AW or WA52. Source model text: WA45H7000AW/A2. Incident: I have a Samsung washing machine and it vibrates excessively when used and there have been reports of them blowing up. The recommendation is to wash on the delicate cycle until a solution is found. In the mean time I have to use a defective product and hope it doesn't blow up. I tried to get Samsung or Sears to replace it but neither one would do anything. I want another machine before it this one blows up.
