Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20161108-3ED91-2147410941. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Samsung destroyed in fire. Most likely WA45H7000AW or WA52. Source model text: WA45H7000AW/A2. Incident: Made a phone call to Samsung who said that although my washer was on the recall list according to the serial number it didn't fall in the recall. I proceeded to say that this was already the second washer since I bought it 4 months ago. First one made all kind of weird noises and since it was within 30 days replaced it.Also told the rep. that it was banging at high speeds and that the tub was so loose that I was having to run it at low speeds to keep the washer from sounding like it was going to fly off. My washer has all the same problems the other washers have but she said call a repairman and hung up.
