Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20170106-68C5A-2147408426. Matched catalog product: Samsung destroyed in fire. Most likely WA45H7000AW or WA52. Source model text: WA45H7000AW/A2 04. Incident: Samsung HE washer vibrates and shakes tremendously. It is on the list of recalls. I called Samsung today and tried to get information from them. Their customer service rep spoke broken English and was very hard to understand. Since this washer has already thrown items off and hit my foot I am not going to keep it. It is my understanding I will take a substantial loss (from the rep) if I do not replace with a Samsung model. I am not sure how the washer will be disposed of. I asked that question and the rep could not answer. My washer was bought a year ago and has only been used a couple of months. This is a second home that we own and we live here four months of the year.
