Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20170330-988C6-2147404750. Matched catalog product: Cuisinart TOB-60N1. Source model text: TOB-60N. Incident: I own a Cuisinart Convection Toaster Oven, model TOB-60N. I noticed this morning when I moved the oven to clean the counter that the plug had melted to the back of the toaster oven. There is no visible warning on the oven that the back panel could get hot enough to melt the plug. Im certain I am not the only consumer who uses a counter height plug to power the oven, and to unknowingly push the oven as close to the wall as possible. This is a serious safety issue! Pictures are attached. Please advise.
