Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20170403-EEB29-2147404673. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Graco DuetSoothe Swing and Rocker - Model 1893776. Source model text: Swing By me. Incident: I have a Graco Swing By Me baby swing that was purchased back in 2012. We had it for my firstborn and then kept it for my second born who arrived in 2016. We have placed my second born in the swing many times and on a number of occasion,s one of the legs has unlocked on its own lowering itself on the front right leg. This has caused the swing to jostle and has made me nervous that it will collapse with my baby in the swing. I emailed the company who stated that because the product is no longer under warranty, they would not be able to fix the problem.
