Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20170425-5528C-2147404031. Severity: Injury, No First Aid or Medical Attention Received. Matched catalog product: Motorola Motorola G Play 2026, Model XT26153. Source model text: Moto Z Droid Play. Incident: I would like to report a Motorola Motor Z Droid play cell phone that overheated, melted the charge port and burned my son's arm. I am afraid that this could happen again and cause severe damage or harm to someone or something. I have contacted Motorola but they do not seem willing to help resolve the situation. I have pictures that I would be happy to supply. Thanks.
