Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20170526-6F1D3-2147400191. Matched catalog product: Samsung Galaxy S7. Incident: I have a Samsung Galaxy S7. Not the one that is on the recall list. My phone over heated badly and melted apart. I had to contact Samsung because Verizon said they can't touch it and said it was dangerous for it to do that.
