SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20170608-F22FC-2147399838. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Product: Husqvarna 961450015 (Hu675awd lawn mower). Incident: Hu675awd Husqvarna lawn mower leaks gas from the cap, bought and replaced with brand new cap after speaking with Husqvarna rep, issue not resolved since tank shape has warped to an oval shape. Husqvarna rep must have been aware of the tank issue since it is on all review boards for this mower but failed to mention anything about this issue just to sell an additional part. Mower stored in shaded garage between use, warping was caused by regular use of machine. Very dangerous issue
