Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20170726-6446B-2147398646. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Google Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold GA09899-US. Incident: I have a Nexus 5 phone from Google Project Fi. In charging the phone today so much heat was generated that the Anchor connector melted and literally was welded to the phone. This is the secord or third time I've seen the phone get very hot while charging. Had the phone been on a different surface, it could have started a fire.
