SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20170824-BE1EA-2147397896. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Frigidaire FAD704DWD. Incident: I have Frigidaire FAD704DWD12 dehumidifier sn KN51702499. The fan will quite running while the compressor keeps on running. When this happens the unit gets very hot, if I shut it off and turn it back on extremely hot air will come out of the unit. I had to quite using it for fear of it starting on fire.
