Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20170918-40D6B-2147397388. Severity: Injury, No First Aid or Medical Attention Received. Matched catalog product: Uppababy 2017 Uppababy Cruz. Model Number 0417-CRZ-US. Incident: Earlier this week my wife was out with our newborn and 2 year old son in our Uppababy Vista stroller. The rumble seat attachment piece spontaneously detached from the stroller frame while on a slight downslope and the rumble seat fell forward off the stroller. My son landed face-first on concrete, sustaining multiple facial injuries and chipping a tooth. This could have very seriously injured or even killed my child!
