Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20171027-9FD20-2147396401. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Dr.Browns Dr. Brown's HappyPaci 100% Silicone Baby Pacifier,. Incident: I purchased a Dr. Browns pacifier a little over a month ago at BuyBuy baby and the handle broke into pieces. It was the 2-pack Dr Browns Prevent Countored whale pacifier. I was at dinner the other night and noticed my 6 month old baby had pieces of the plastic handle in his hand. I dont know how it broke off but he must have somehow been able to break it. Luckily I noticed right away or he could have choked on it. I have notified Dr. Browns and they want me to send the broken pacifier in for inspection.
