Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20171213-79EC0-2147394635. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Kidde FA110G. Source model text: H110G. BJ215 907, FA110G, SD-952125. Incident: I have three Kidde Home fire Extinguishers that were on the recall list so I called the number which I was given to get replacement ones (it's only a call center), I was sent two of the three replacements which were on empty. I have called three times to get the new ones replace also and to receive my third original replacement but was told I had to wait until some called me back, this started in November and to date have never heard from anyone, right now I have three extinguishers which are defective and two new ones that are empty, hopefully I don't have a fire in my house while I am waiting around for Kidde to respond. Thank you for your time, [REDACTED]
