SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20171213-7C1A9-2147394605. Severity: Injury, Emergency Department Treatment Received. Product: Samsung 6 (Samsung washer). Incident: Hi I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer from Lowe's had it about five month and one night I wash hearing loud rumbleing banging hard vibrating from garage while doing laundry.I go to look washmashing was rumbleing so hard it knocked shelves off way tearing out sheet rock items fell from shelf dented my dryer I have a bunch of broken items that fell from shelf bleach fell from shelf dammage a bunch of my clothes have bleach damage ,it vibrated the plumbing it broke pipes called a slab leak and my back room was flooded with a inch of water damaging furniture sheet rock fllring and my other property.I called Samsung and explained what happen then they tell me they had a recall on their top loader wash machine known to detach and hurt people .I have high blood pressure and Samsung and them giving me the runaround will be the reason I had a mild stroke still no washer replacement and my damage items replaced please help faulty Samsung people beware samsung products
