SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20180116-AD1EB-1726831. Matched catalog product: LASKO CD08200. Incident: The submitter said she had the unit on the countertop in the bathroom and turned it on. She left the bathroom for about 10 minutes and when she returned she noticed that the unit was at the edge of the countertop. The submitter said a similar incident happened later that day and she realized that the unit is vibrating while it is on and causing it to move to the edge of the countertop. The submitter believes this is a safety hazard.
