SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20180203-030C7-2147393160. Matched catalog product: Kidde Model 30CUA10. Incident: I did everything needed to have one of my extinguishers replaced through the recall. Unfortunately, the replacement unit I was sent was damaged before I received it. All of my attempts via phone and email to contact Kidde to remedy the situation have gone unanswered. I am concerned that I now have two unsafe fire extinguishers, and I don't know how to proceed. Please advise.
