SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20180330-AC0C4-2147388913. Matched catalog product: DeLonghi EW7707CM Safeheat 1500W ComforTemp Portable Oil-Filled. Source model text: Rapido. Incident: I have a Delonghi "Rapido" room heater. Model DR18TG, Serial Number 24610. Last night when the heater was on, the control panel started to burn, melting the plastic. I happened to be in the room at the time and unplugged it. I'm not sure if there's a recall on this item.
