Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20180922-59C6D-2147385416. Severity: Injury, First Aid Received by Non-Medical Professional. Matched catalog product: Homedics HHP-375H. Incident: I was using a Homedic handheld massager HHP-375H on my leg, heard a pop, saw a red flash, felt my arm tingly and numb, saw soot all over my arm and saw Id been burned. I do see now this product had been recalled last year, but I wasnt aware of it.
