She noticed an error code while she was using it and remembers the oven being extremely hot. On May 5, 2018 she put cookies in the oven and set the temperature to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Approximately 5 minutes later, she smelled a burn odor and noticed the cookies were burned. She states that since then the oven heats to higher temperatures each time she uses it. She stopped using the oven on September 9. She also indicated that the bigger burner takes a few minutes to ignite and due to that she has stopped using it. She contacted the firm and reported the issue. She was told that the unit was not under warranty and they could not assist her.
