Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20181010-0DBD8-2147385092. Matched catalog product: Samsung NX58M6630SS. Source model text: NX58M6630SS/AA. Incident: I have a Samsung Gas Range that when I put the Range in the self cleaning cycle the HEAT coming out from under the control panel is so severe, it causes the control panel to melt. I had this Gas Range repaired two times in six month. I had Samsung come out to take a look at this problem, and they say there is no problem. The service men that came out all said for me NOT to use the self cleaning cycle, but they all will NOT put it in writing.
